60 years a Freemason | Oct 2016
De Montfort Lodge's October meeting was very special in that the main event was the presentation of two 60 year certificates by the the Deputy Provincial Grand Master RW.Bro M.C.Morris to W.Bro G.Mucklow and Bro D.Williams.

Ladies to dine... 1935 | Mar 2016
Recently donated to De Montfort Lodge were a collection programmes and menus from events held by Lodge in the mid '30s. Among them were a pair of programmes for a Ladies' Festival held on 8th February 1935; exactly 81 years to-the-day of the 2016 Ladies-to-Dine evening held by De Montfort lodge! Ladies to Dine 2016 | Feb 2016
This year's Ladies to Dine evening was held at the White Swan Hotel on Henley-in-Arden High Street. The ever popular event was over subscribed and the function room was filled to capacity. W.Bro Haynes was congratulated by the Worshipful Master for arranging such a superb evening. Also on the evening the guests and brethren raised over £360 for various charities.
Four initiates and counting | Jan 2016
It was to the joy of the Worshipful Master and the Brethren of De Montfort Lodge to initiate a fourth candidate this year. So, by the end of the January Meeting De Montfort Lodge had four entered apprentices in the lodge. New season flourish
De Montfort Lodge is gearing up for a busy opening to the new Masonic season after the summer break. We are proud to announce that we have THREE new candidates to initiate before Christmas. This is going to keep everyone in the Lodge occupied; especially our new Worshipful Master.
This is an exciting time as our membership is set to grow even further with two new members also joining De Montfort for the new season.
